SUMMARY:Nutrition Education Class: Activity & Eating for Adults
DESCRIPTION:The IEHP Resource Centers in San Bernardino and Victorville have partnered to host nutrition education classes and food demonstrations at their facilities. Classes are conducted in English and a Spanish-speaking translator will be present to educate the community and provide helpful tips to eat healthy and be active. This month’s topic is Activity and Eating for Adults.
