DESCRIPTION:San Bernardino County Department of Public Health\, is hosting a no-cost vaccination event for children\, adults\, and seniors who live in or attend school in San Bernardino County. Staying up to date on immunizations helps prevent the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases. For a limited time\, free Flu vaccines are available for individuals 6 months of age and older. \nEligibility information: \n\nFlu vaccines are available for children\, adults\, and seniors.\nChild/children must qualify through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program by being uninsured\, Medi-Cal eligible\, or American Indian or Alaskan Native.\nA parent or guardian is required to accompany children under the age of 18.\nPlease bring a photo ID and your child/children’s vaccination record to the appointment.\n\nHinkley_VFC and Flu Flyer
