Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention utilizes slow, gentle movements to improve lower body strength, balance, and flexibility. This 10-week class is open to older adults ages 55 or older with or without arthritis.

Class meets every Tuesday, Sept. 10 – Nov. 12 from 9-10 a.m.
