Grace Vargas Senior Center – Bingocize Nutrition and Exercise Class

Bingocize is a fun 10-week health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone (seated or standing). Come play bingo and meet new people while learning about nutrition!

Class is held Mondays and Wednesdays from Jan. 27 – April 7. No class on Monday, Feb. 17.
