Prevention Strategies

In response to the opioid (fentanyl) epidemic, the California Department of Healthcare Services has created the Naloxone Distribution Project (NDP) which allows the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health to distribute naloxone to the community.

If your organization would like a free presentation or for us to conduct outreach at an upcoming event about the current opioid epidemic and how to administer naloxone which includes the distribution of naloxone kits, please contact Crystal Montejo to schedule your naloxone education and kit distribution.
