Regional Climate Adaptation Toolkit
The Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG) and San Bernardino County Transportation Agency (SBCTA) developed a Regional Climate Adaptation Toolkit to assist local jurisdictions in planning for climate adaption and resiliency for transportation infrastructure and overall community resilience at the local level.
California Safe Speeds Toolkit
This toolkit supports California Local jurisdictions in setting safer speed limits using safe system principles. Based on the Zero Traffic Fatalities Task Force (ZTFTF) work, it consolidates research from the ZTFTF Research Synthesis by the University of California Institute of Transportation Studies, outlines speed limit-setting options within California’s current framework, showcases case studies from cities across the state, and provides guidance on next steps for implementing safe speed limits.
