Bingocize Nutrition and Exercise Class – 29 Palms Senior Center

Bingocize is a fun 10-week health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone (seated or standing). Come play bingo and meet new people while learning about nutrition!
Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday from Aug. 26 – Oct. 30.
