Nutrition Education Class: Activity & Eating for Adults
The IEHP Resource Centers in San Bernardino and Victorville have partnered to host nutrition education classes and food demonstrations at their facilities. Classes are conducted in English and a Spanish-speaking translator will be present to educate the community and provide helpful tips to eat healthy and be active. This month’s topic is Activity and Eating for Adults.
