School-Located Vaccine Event – Hinkley Community Center

San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, is hosting a no-cost vaccination event for children, adults, and seniors who live in or attend school in San Bernardino County. Staying up to date on immunizations helps prevent the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases. For a limited time, free Flu vaccines are available for individuals 6 months of age and older.
Eligibility information:
- Flu vaccines are available for children, adults, and seniors.
- Child/children must qualify through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program by being uninsured, Medi-Cal eligible, or American Indian or Alaskan Native.
- A parent or guardian is required to accompany children under the age of 18.
- Please bring a photo ID and your child/children’s vaccination record to the appointment.
