Big Bear & Devore Animal Shelters are reducing dog adoption fees from Oct. 1- 31. Cats will be $17 and dogs will be $25, this price includes spay/neuter, most vaccines, and a microchip. Limit 2 per family at reduced prices. Dog licenses are sold separately.
