San Bernardino County Department of Public Health commemorates Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Week, October 23 – 29, with a week-long information campaign about childhood lead poisoning issues. Our campaign message this year is, “Protect your family from lead in drinking water, especially during lead service line replacement.” The week-long campaign will educate families and community members about ways to prevent lead poisoning and the importance of testing children for lead.
