Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention utilizes slow, gentle movements to improve lower body strength, balance, and flexibility. This 8-week class is open to older adults ages 55 or older with or without arthritis.

Class meets every Wednesday, Sept. 4 – Oct. 23 from 10-11 a.m.
