ATTENTION – We issue certificates of births, deaths, and fetal deaths for events occurring in the last 24 months.

The Vital Statistics Registration Office (VSRO) is responsible for registering all births and deaths and issuing burial permits in San Bernardino County. Our office will hold the record for 24 months, all records older than 24 months must be purchased at the San Bernardino County Hall of Records. We are located at 340 N. Mountain View Avenue, San Bernardino, CA 92415. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
