The Community Based-Organization (CBO) Collaborative is a DPH-facilitated approach to ensure that the health department consults with, involves, and collaborates with community stakeholders on a community-driven approach to improving health and wellness. The CBO Collaborative fosters partnerships among community organizations to provide DPH updates, share community resources, present health information related to health observances, strategic priorities, and community interest.
